Questions
Before you book
What happens on a first visit?
You arrive thirty minutes early, change into a robe and settle on the terrace. Your therapists ask about pressure and areas to avoid, then the two of you go into the suite together.
How early should we arrive?
Thirty minutes before your time, and forty-five for a party of four or more. If you arrive late we shorten your treatment so the next guests aren't kept waiting.
What should we wear, and what do you provide?
Come in whatever you are comfortable in. We give you a robe, slippers, a towel and a locker. For the sauna and steam room, bring a swimsuit or wrap up in a towel.
Who may use the terrace?
Guests 18 and over. We don't offer family hours or sessions for children.
I'm pregnant or have a heart condition. Can I use the terrace?
Please ask your doctor first, and tell us when you book. Leave a hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell. Prenatal massage is given by a therapist trained in it, with your doctor's go-ahead.
Can one of us have a massage and the other a facial?
Yes. The suites hold two treatments at the same time, and the Facial and massage, side by side visit is built for it.
Can we book for a wedding party?
Yes. Up to six guests share the suites at once, and larger parties take turns between the suites and the terrace. Call three weeks ahead for a party of four or more.
How do gift cards work?
A gift card can be for any amount and used on any suite visit or on the terrace. Buy one online or at the front desk. Expiry depends on your state, so ask us.
Are there lockers, and can we use our phones?
Every guest has a locker. Phones stay in the locker or on silent in the suite, and there are no photos where guests are changing or resting.
How does tipping work?
Tipping is up to you and never added to the bill; leave one at the desk or on your card.
Still wondering about something?
Call the front desk, or send a note and Amada will reply.
