How pricing works
The spa sets its prices and the booking page shows them before you confirm. Here is what moves them, and how deposits, notice, tips and gift cards work.
What decides the price
Four things move the price: how long the treatment runs, what kind it is, any add-on such as the terrace, and who you book with. A suite for two is two treatments, and the booking page adds them up before you confirm.
The length of each treatment
Massage, facial or an evening of several steps
Add-ons such as the terrace hour or a soak
Who you book with, and their level
What the consultation covers
Before each treatment your therapist asks about pressure, areas to avoid and anything else you want them to know. A facial starts with the esthetician looking at your skin. This talk happens inside your booked time.
Deposits
A card holds an evening for two, a party of four or more and any bridal day, and the amount goes toward your visit. Two guests booking one treatment each don't need one.
We ask for 48 hours' notice to move or cancel a visit, and seven days for a party. If you arrive late, the treatment is shortened so the guests after you can begin on time.
Add-ons and changes on the day
The terrace hour, a soak, hot stones or a scalp massage can be added when you book, or on the day if a room and a therapist are available. The front desk tells you what an add-on involves before it joins your visit.
Tipping
A tip is never added to your bill. If you would like to leave one, give it at the desk or add it on your card. Evenings for two and party days don't include one.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can be for any amount and used on any suite visit or on the terrace. Buy one online or at the front desk, and whoever receives it books as any guest does. Terms and expiry depend on your state, so ask the front desk.
