Our policies

What to know before you book a suite, an evening or a party. Prices are shown on the booking page.

Booking and deposits

Book online or call the front desk, and tell us if the visit is for an occasion. A card holds an evening for two, a party of four or more and any bridal day, and the amount goes toward your visit. Two guests booking one treatment each don't need one.

Canceling and running late

Please tell us at least 48 hours before your time, and a party seven days before, and we will move it or cancel it without trouble. If you arrive late, we shorten your treatment so the next guests aren't kept waiting.

If you miss an appointment

If you don't arrive and we haven't heard from you, the card on your booking may be charged under the spa's terms, which you see before you confirm. If plans change, call us and we will find you another time.

Children and companions

The suites and the terrace are for guests 18 and over. Please make other plans for children; the courtyard of the inn is not supervised by the spa.

Patch tests and allergies

Mention allergies and sensitivities when you book and again before your treatment begins. We can name every oil and product we use, and we will try one on a small patch of skin first if you ask.

Tipping

Tipping is up to you and is never added to the bill. You can leave one at the desk or on your card for the people who looked after you. Evenings for two and party days don't include one.

Using the thermal areas

The terrace is for guests 18 and over. Wear the robe and sandals we give you between rooms, and a swimsuit or a towel in the sauna and steam room. Shower first, tie up long hair, take breaks and drink water.

When to ask your doctor first

If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before using the sauna, steam room, stone tub or hot stones. Leave a hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Phones and quiet

Phones stay in your locker or on silent in the suite, and there are no photos where guests are changing or resting. A bridal party may take photos in the courtyard and on the terrace overlook, not in the suites or the thermal rooms.
